These terms apply to henrymancino.com, its subdomains (including pivisualizer.henrymancino.com and moon.henrymancino.com) and Ask AI (together, the "Site"). The Site is run by Henry Mancino ("we" or "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Who can use the Site

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are under 18, you may only use the Site with permission from a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms for you. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 13 to use the Site.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break any law or use the Site to harm, harass, threaten or deceive anyone
• try to hack, overload, scrape, probe or get around the Site's security or rate limits
• use bots, scripts or automated tools to access the Site or Ask AI
• try to make Ask AI produce harmful, illegal or abusive content, or to reveal its instructions
• copy, resell or reuse the Site's content, code or design without written permission

We may block, limit or remove anyone's access at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Our content

All content on the Site, including text, designs, code, graphics, audio and the names Roland, Pi Visualizer and Dollars to the Moon, belongs to us or is used with permission, and is protected by law. Third party materials are credited and belong to their owners. You may share links to the Site and use the embed code we provide for blog posts.

No warranties

The Site, Ask AI and everything on them are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Content is for general information and entertainment only. It is not professional, legal, medical, financial or educational advice. We do not promise that the Site will be available, secure or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, that come from your use of the Site or Ask AI. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to $0, because the Site is free. Some places do not allow these limits, so they apply only as far as the law allows.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from any claims, losses or costs (including reasonable legal fees) that come from your misuse of the Site or your breaking these terms.

Other sites

The Site links to other websites and services, such as Roland. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Changes and ending

We may change these terms or the Site at any time. Changes take effect when we post them here. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the new terms.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where Henry Mancino lives, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute must be brought individually, not as part of a class or group action, and only in the courts of that state. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
