AI Policy

This policy covers Ask AI, the chat assistant on henrymancino.com. Using Ask AI means you also agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
What Ask AI is
Ask AI is powered by Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic. It only answers questions about Henry Mancino, his projects, his website and his blog. It will decline questions about other topics.
AI can be wrong
Ask AI can make mistakes, misunderstand questions or state wrong things confidently. Its answers are not checked by a person. Always check important information yourself. Nothing it says is professional, legal, medical, financial or safety advice, and nothing it says is a statement or promise from Henry Mancino. You are responsible for how you use its answers, including any code it writes.
How your messages are handled
- Your messages go to our server and then to Anthropic to create a reply.
- We do not save what you write or what Ask AI replies. We keep only counts, such as the number of messages and tokens used.
- Each reply is signed by our server so that a conversation cannot be faked or tampered with.
- Your conversation lives only in your open page and is gone when you leave or refresh.
- Do not share personal, private or sensitive information, such as passwords, addresses, phone numbers or health details.
Rules for using Ask AI
You must be at least 13 years old. You may not use Ask AI to:
- create anything illegal, harmful, hateful, sexual, violent or dangerous
- write malware, exploits or tools for hacking, spam or cheating
- harass, impersonate or collect information about anyone
- trick it into ignoring its rules or revealing its instructions
- send automated or bulk requests
Limits
To keep Ask AI fair and affordable, there are limits on message length and on how many messages each person and the whole Site can send per minute and per day. We may block, limit, change or turn off Ask AI at any time, for anyone, without notice.
