Roland

Waitlist

Type a name. Get a whole brand.

Roland: your whole brand, before lunch

The problem

Not everyone can afford a branding agency. They cost thousands. Design tools are cheap, but they assume you already know how to use them.

What Roland does

All you have to do is type in a name, and Roland outputs logos, color sheets, a landing page and every brand asset you need.

Where it fits

It’s the step before a designer, and it doesn’t replace them. It’s a tool to help: you start with a business idea or it creates one for you, it makes all the assets, and a designer gets a strong starting point to refine, or you can go ahead and use it.

Pi Visualizer

Live

π, made as simple as possible to see.

Pi Visualizer: a colorful circle of dots, one per digit of π

Why

I wanted to learn more about π and make it easier for anyone to understand and explore, with little to no math background.

How it works

The first 6,000 digits of π are displayed in a spiral, and each one of the colored dots is a digit in π. As you scroll, it zooms into the spiral and each colored dot becomes the number it represents.

Then

It ends with some fun facts about π.

Dollars to the Moon

Live

How tall is a stack of money?

Dollars to the Moon: a stack of dollar bills next to the Statue of Liberty and the Eiffel Tower

Why

The scale of money is hard to picture in your head. Showing objects and landmarks at their real heights makes it easier to see how much a million or a billion really is.

How it works

As you scroll, a stack of bills grows past landmarks and keeps going until it reaches the Moon.

Then

Switch between quarters, $1, $20, $50 and $100 bills to see how much money it takes to reach the Moon with each one.

One Life

Live

One massive tree with 5,000 wishes.

One Life: a Christmas tree made of 5,000 glowing tiles, each one a wish

Why

Life moves extremely fast. I wanted to make a spot where you can pause and figure out what you actually want to do with yours.

How it works

You tell the world what you want to do with your life, and it becomes one tile out of 5,000 on the Christmas tree.

Then

Everyone gets one wish, and the wishes are individually checked by AI before they go up, so no harmful content can be posted.
